• Music Analysis: Analysis of music tracks in MP3, WAV, M4A, and FLAC formats, providing detailed reviews, technical scoring, and similar artist recommendations.
• Book Analysis: Analysis of book manuscripts in TXT, PDF, DOC, and DOCX formats, providing literary reviews, narrative analysis, and market potential insights.

Our service uses artificial intelligence to generate analysis reports. The analysis is provided for informational and creative development purposes only.

3. Free and Paid Services

3.1 Free Tier

• We offer 3 free analyses per session for all users.
• Free analyses are subject to availability and may be limited by rate limiting policies.
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time.

3.2 Paid Services

• One-Time Purchases: We offer one-time purchase options:
  • 1 Analysis: $1.00 USD
  • 3 Analyses: $3.00 USD
  • 5 Analyses: $5.00 USD
  • 10 Analyses: $8.00 USD
• All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change with notice.
• Purchased analyses do not expire and remain available until used.

3.3 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
• You agree to provide accurate payment information.
• All sales are final. Refunds may be provided at our discretion for technical issues or service failures.

4. User Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain all ownership rights to content you upload, including music files and book manuscripts.
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze your content solely for the purpose of providing our analysis services.
• You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload and analyze the content you submit.

4.2 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Contains malware, viruses, or other malicious code
• Violates privacy rights of others

4.3 Our Intellectual Property

• The CriticAI service, including its design, features, and analysis algorithms, is protected by intellectual property laws.
• Analysis reports generated by our service are provided for your use but remain our intellectual property.
• You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service or analysis reports without permission.

5. File Upload Restrictions

• Music Files: Maximum file size of 25MB. Supported formats: MP3, WAV, M4A, FLAC.
• Book Files: Maximum file size of 10MB. Supported formats: TXT, PDF, DOC, DOCX.
• We reserve the right to reject files that exceed size limits or are in unsupported formats.
• Uploaded files are processed and may be temporarily stored for analysis purposes.

6. Service Availability and Modifications

• We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time.
• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects service availability.
• We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions or modifications.
